Aroha Banner Necklace, Sterling Silver

$125.00

A sweet banner necklace with Aroha followed by a heart, creatively stamped into sterling silver, finished with a sterling silver chain and clasp.

Aroha is the indigenous Maori name for love and in recent years has become widely used by people of all cultures in New Zealand. This beautiful necklace by Tania Mallow is a special way to gift a piece of love to someone close to your heart.

Each banner is hand cut and stamped by Tania ensuring no two are the same. The lettering is very sweet and finished with a tiny heart. To give the lettering depth Tania has slightly oxidized the surface and then polished it. Finally the bar is finished with a high polish technique to add dimension and reflect the light.

This necklace is incredibly easy to wear and sits flat against the chest. It is also lightweight yet durable.

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver. The alloy composition results in a metal that is very durable and long lasting. Sterling silver is easily polished using a polishing cloth. Tania Mallow jewellery is certified sterling silver.
