Easter 2025 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter is Tania Mallow Jewellery, Auckland, New Zealand ("Promoter").

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway commences at 09:00 NZST on 16th April 2025 and concludes on 11:59 PM NZST, April 30, 2025] ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to all persons aged 18 years or older.
  • Wholesale customers of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • One entry per person is permitted.

4. How to Enter: To enter the draw, participants must complete ALL the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

a. Follow the official Tania Mallow Jewellery page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/taniamallowjewellery/ OR Instagram https://www.instagram.com/taniamallowjewellery

b. Like the official Easter 2025 Giveaway post on the platform you followed. 

c. Comment on the official Easter 2025 Giveaway post, string the type of stone you would like featured in a custom piece, if you were to win the prize, chosen from the options listed in the Giveaway post. 

5. Prize

  • There will be one (1) winner.
  • The prize consists of one (1) custom ring designed and created by Tania Mallow Jewellery. The piece will feature the stone type selected by the winner in their eligible entry comment, subject to availability and suitability for the final agreed design.
  • The specifics of the custom design will be mutually agreed upon between the winner and Tania Mallow Jewellery following the prize draw.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
  •  The approximate retail value of the prize is NZD $230. 

6. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • The draw will take place on May 1st, 2025.

7. Winner Notification:

  • The winner will be announced on the official Tania Mallow Jewellery Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/taniamallowjewellery/ AND Instagram feed https://www.instagram.com/taniamallowjewellery. on May 1st, 2025.
  • The Promoter will also attempt to notify the winner via Direct Message on the social media platform through which they entered.
  • The winner must respond to the notification message within seven (7) calendar days to claim their prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select a new winner.

8. Prize Claim and Fulfilment:

  • Once the winner has claimed their prize, they must liaise with Tania Mallow Jewellery via email or direct message to confirm their chosen stone type and discuss the custom design details.
  • The final design must be mutually agreed upon before creation commences.
  • Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for the creation and delivery of the custom piece after the final design has been confirmed. Delivery timeframe may vary.

9. Publicity: By entering this giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name (and potentially social media profile picture) for promotional purposes related to this giveaway without further compensation.

10. Social Media Platform Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion.

12. General Conditions:

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise, subject to any applicable laws or regulations.
  • The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding.
  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
